Pipeline
PetrolValves offers Ball, Gate, and Check valves for pipeline applications, onshore, offshore, or subsea, with proven designs up to 48” ANSI Class 1500, metal seated. Gate and Ball valves larger than this have been designed and produced, but in lower pressure ratings. Proven installed sizes exceed 100” diameter.
Applications include main line block, double block and bleed, launcher and receiver installations, metering skids, and compressor and pump station discharge (block and non-slam axial flow check).
Fluid variety includes standard hydrocarbons: crude, natural gas, multiphase flow, river water and refined chemical fluids.
